During the implementation phase Hydro-Comp applied internationally recognized project management standards, such as ISO 21500 and PRINCE2. These standards were translated into concrete day-to-day organizational processes, ensuring standardized project governance, effective progress monitoring, and consistent quality assurance. By adapting these frameworks to the specific requirements of the project, we enhanced team efficiency, improved communication among stakeholders, and established a systematic approach to risk management and challenge resolution.
